Process

From site to handover.

From planning through construction and final handover, each stage is carefully coordinated.

  1. Understand

We begin by understanding the site, the project requirements and the client’s priorities.

An architectural site model: white building blocks among small model trees, in soft daylight.
  2. Plan

Key details, coordination and construction requirements are reviewed before work begins.

A pencil resting on a dimensioned technical drawing, a scale ruler beside it.
  3. Build

Construction is carried out to the approved plan, with ongoing site supervision.

A concrete building frame under construction: columns and floor slabs against the sky, with edge protection along the slabs.
  4. Refine

Finishes, details and final adjustments are completed with attention to workmanship.

Hands marking a timber board with a pencil, wood shavings and a chisel on the bench.
  5. Deliver

A final inspection is carried out before the completed project is handed over.
